EDUCATION FOR THE PRESERVATION INDUSTRY AND CERTIFICATION
This nationwide network of independent contractors form the basis and standards for Contractural Mortgage Field Servicing. Membership is open to all with applications thoroughly reviewed by their Board of Directors.
All members must be committed to a level of service above lender standards. This is accomplished through on-going educational training programs, on-site with hands-on training and conducting random post completion inspections.
Ethical standards are a main consideration as well. SIR's is very aware that future standards will be measured by our performance today.
The Society also functions as liaison between the various governing bodies within this industry. This position was created to keep field regulations up to date, to assist in the interpretation of those regulations and, endevour to maintain a fair and equitable exchange of revenue for services rendered.
Membership provides access to discount packages of supplies and materials essential to the business and the day to day internal operations of your business.
